In preparation for Pig Pickin' 3: Triple Figures, I've secured one pig, fully dressed-out at 75 lbs. (34 kg) for pickup Friday from our good friends at Satriale's Pork Store (a.k.a. Tom Inscoe's Wholesale Meat Products.)
Next Step: Pig cooking. Due Date: 25-May.
